What is an active customer?
An active customer is a subscribed customer who had at least one billable event (booking or order) in that calendar month. Test events and historical imports don't count.
When does billing start?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your account. No credit card is required to start. Billing begins after your trial ends.
What counts as an extra brand?
Your subscription includes 1 brand. Each additional brand you create costs €19 per month. You can add or remove brands anytime from your billing settings.
Which AI model is used?
By default emails are generated with Claude Sonnet (Anthropic). You can also configure GPT-4o (OpenAI) per brand. The AI cost is included in your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Is VAT included?
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply reverse charge.
