Frequently asked questions
What is an active customer?
An active customer is a customer who received at least one email from Aitarax in that calendar month. Customers who only send in events — for example regulars who already booked their next visit — don't count. Test events and historical imports never trigger an email, so they don't count either.
When does billing start?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your account. No credit card is required to start. Billing begins after your trial ends.
What counts as an extra brand?
Your subscription includes 1 brand. Each additional active brand costs €19 per month. Add or deactivate brands anytime; changes during the month are charged pro rata.
Which AI model is used?
You choose the model per brand. Standard (€0.15): GPT-4o Mini or GPT-5 Nano. Advanced (€0.30): Gemini 2.5 Flash or Claude Haiku 4.5. Premium (€0.50): Gemini 2.5 Pro or Claude Sonnet 4.6. Without a choice, a brand uses Standard. Each brand is billed at the price of its own model, and the AI cost is included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Is VAT included?
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply reverse charge.
